Contract Duration: 30 weeks
Further to the successful completion of work at Poplar Court, Leeds City Council appointed us to carry out repair works on four residential tower blocks in the city.
The repair works included:
- External concrete repairs
- Coatings
- Roof insulation
- Cavity wall insulation
- Asphalt roofing
The works were carried out to a carefully planned programme and with minimal disruption to owners and tenants.
All external works were carried out from suspended cradle access to alleviate security problems.
The client and occupiers were delighted with the standard of work and a letter of commendation was received from the Tenants Association.
